These are preferred best for home use and for anyone doing light weight kind of exercises.
Try to purchase dumbbells that have non-slip features. You must pay attention that the dumbbell sets with steel bars must consist of crosshatch patterns on them. If buying fixed weights then look for dumbbells that have a rubber coating on them so that they can be gripped properly.
